“Orders are always correct, however they are always very short handed, which makes wait times longer. There has been 1 time they closed earlier than their time says on the door/ website. We will continue to go here because there hasn’t been too much of a problem otherwise.“

“I ordered online for the first time and I wanted 3 large supreme pizzas. I made a mistake and somehow ordered 1 supreme pizza and 2 cheese. I picked up my order and realized the mistake I had made, the staff at this Cedartown location were the most awesome crew I have ever encountered. They immediately made me 2 more supremes. Did not charge me for them AND let me keep the 2 cheese pizzas! The pizzas were hot, fresh and delicious. Best customer service I have experienced anywhere. Please give this Domino's Pizza restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed.“

Not only did the General Manager call me to resolve the issue, he offered a replacement meal for the problems experienced. Jaelyn (I apologize for misspelling his name) and Caesar both took care of my problem and validated my perspective on the experience. This is how customer service should be, and I appreciate their understanding in the matter.“
