“Orders are always correct, however they are always very short handed, which makes wait times longer. There has been 1 time they closed earlier than their time says on the door/ website. We will continue to go here because there hasn’t been too much of a problem otherwise.“

“We eat here more than I'd like to admit, but that's honestly bc we've never had a bad experience and the pizza is wildly delicious...esp for being found in Cedartown. We always just order thru the app and monitor timing with the tracker as there can be a little wait occasionally (i.e. 10 min hanging in the parking lot till we can swing thru drive thru, max). Idk if the pizza tracker is accurate on who is working, but if so John is the best pizza maker and consistently crushes it. I see some lower reviews but this place has yet to disappoint us tbh 🤷‍♀“

Not only did the General Manager call me to resolve the issue, he offered a replacement meal for the problems experienced. Jaelyn (I apologize for misspelling his name) and Caesar both took care of my problem and validated my perspective on the experience. This is how customer service should be, and I appreciate their understanding in the matter.“
