“Pizza is always delivered in a timely manner and fresh. All the delivery drivers are nothing but nice even when I place a delivery and it’s pouring down rain! I had an incident once where the wrong pizza was delivered. Called and spoke to the manager. Very pleasant and had the correct pizza delivered to me in no time.“

“Adairsville Zaxby’s has stepped up their customer service recently. In the drive thru they’ve have had a history of getting my order wrong more than getting it right since they’ve been open - leaving out requested and paid for extra sauces most every time, bread being dry and tasteless, fries being overcooked and hard or stale from not being cooked fresh, and repeatedly being out of items on the menu.
My last 3 orders have been complete and this last visit was the shortest time I’ve ever waited in the drive thru. It’s typical to be in line for 30 minutes. This last trip was 10 minutes and they were as busy as usually. 6 cars in front of me and many more behind me. I hope they keep this up and don’t revert back to being out of stuff, getting orders wrong and taking forever to move the drive thru line.“

“The new restaurant is awesome and always clean. The general manager Neil (I believe he said that was his name) came out himself and made sure the service was good and that it was running great. The food is always great the wings are the best and the beer is ice cold“

“I’ve had consistently great experiences at Pizza Hut, and a big part of that is thanks to Alicia. She is easily one of the most hardworking employees there always present, always attentive, and always in a great mood. It genuinely makes a difference when someone brings that kind of positive energy to their job.

The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect (if not better). Orders are handled quickly and accurately, and the overall service keeps me coming back.

“Ordered online at 12:18 pm for 6:30 pm pickup Thursday, May 23. I ordered 8 items. 2 classic cheese, 3 classic peperoni, 1 thin crust extra most best pepperoni, 1 pepperoni and bacon special, and the new pepperoni crazy puffs for my soccer team awards dinner. I arrived at 6:30. Picked up inside and they were moderate busy...nothing like Friday afternoon/evening. Only had to wait about 5 or so minutes. They were nice and courteous. The little girl cutting the pizzas looked a little on the stressed side, but she was still moving right along without issue. Got my order and it was exactly what I had ordered...right on point. All fresh and hot. The team and parents and siblings found them all to be delish. Little Caesars has been our go to fast food pizza for over a decade. The puffs aren't bad, but not worth the money when for twice as much money you get 10x more pizza. Prices have risen quite a bit the past 2 years from $5 pizzas to $8, but still lower than any of the competitors. While the pizza doesn't compare to some of the more sit down type of restaurants, it does hold up to the fast food and many of the sit downs making it still a better deal than others. They do not offer a military discount.“
