“This Pizza hut was in Chatsworth, which, in my opinion, has the best service out of all the ones left standing. Very sweet people. We did dine in, and came out a whole lot cheaper than expected. We got the salad bar, and I personally was only a little disappointed at their lack of variety in toppings and dressing (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and some very stale croutons.) Other than that, it was awesome. Would recommend minus the salad bar. Still giving 4 stars because they're still likely not used to dine-in customers being back.“
“I don’t normally leave reviews but my husband and I are Traveling through Georgia home to Tennessee and stopped at this location. Upon entering it was very clean, freshly mopped and tables were all spotless. Food was great. Bathrooms were clean as well (although one sink didn’t want to turn on it could have been operator error). Husband and I were very pleased all the way around. 10/10 recommend this location. “I went in and ordered 3 pizzas. One thin crust with onions and pepperoni, one pepperoni and one sausage with no sauce. I got home with the pizza, very hot, very fresh! I opened the thin crust pizza, as it was all mine!! I started to eat a few bites, got one piece down, ate another lil piece then I couldn't do it anymore, WAYYYYYYY to much cheese! The cheese was thicker than the crust. I got choked on it, it was horrible! Pulling out cheese that's literally goin down my throat that is still attached to the pizza. Most people might like a pound of cheese per slice. Not this chick, my dogs wouldn't even eat it. Needless to say.. thank you cheese.. I'm now stopped up for a week on them 2 pieces I choked on. Well, my husband took it back up there, the store agreed that it had more cheese on it than an extra cheese pizza! I didn't even order extra cheese!! There was no hassle at the store for them to remake my pizza. THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT! Thank you!“
“I love workin here! The enviroment is great, people are extremely nice and respectful, and the food is awsome. We take care of our pizza (even though we're not perfect) and we allways think," does this pizza look good enough for the customer." “So tonight's delivery started out bad. Took a little over an hour to get here, and then the driver sat parked at the mailbox for an excruciating while before finally pulling in. My boyfriend met the driver at the car to get the food (apologies to the driver if he came off bitter, he was hangry) and when he brought it inside, we realized the order was completely wrong. Our frustration levels, guys..BUT. When I immediately called the store, a very patient and understanding employee answered the phone. I didn't catch their name. They worked with us in order to figure out what happened, allowed us to keep the delivered order, remade our original order, and gave us a full refund. That was very appreciated.Thank you for taking the steps you did to correct tonight's mishap. Please take no offense if we stick to carry out from now on, however ?“
“They left off my egg of both my biscuits Tuesday. I didn't call or go back because I didn't catch it before I left. When I order huge amounts of food, I'm usually focused on how many items I should have and don't open up every individual item. No one has time for that when they have a line full of people behind them, waiting on their food. Not to mention, a house full of people waiting on their their food, so a quick item count is all I did this time. 2 biscuits weren't right. The "child" sprite was the largest drink their was. I didn't catch that the sizes were off on the individual drinks. The large tea was a small. They must have accidentally switched the cups. I was told they had a child tender meal but the fries was a huge jumbo. We through out most of them because a 3 yr old can't consume that much. I was disappointed this time but they usually have everything correct, so I'm chalking it up to just being a bad day. I'll be back.“
“I don't got up fast food establishments much because they are always disappointing no matter how low I set my expectations. “Didn't manage to get pictures of the food because I literally devoured it soon as bossman brought me my Pork Plate with Corn Nuggets and Mac & Cheese, Toast and Corn Bread. For dessert I got a small banana pudding and one of those bussin Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies. I noticed on the wall that it says that this spot is also owned and operated by Veterans. I must say if all hell breaks loose I'm definitely joining these folks side 1000%. Like I'm on the front lines for them taken hits just so their perfection of BBQ can live on.
