Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed experiences. One visit had hot food and a pleasant interaction at the drive-thru. However, another order was totally wrong, containing only the nuclear sauce, and the restaurant was closed when they returned. The grilled chicken Cobb salad was also not very fresh nor presentable, which was disappointing for a long-time customer.
