Just tried to make a drive thru order at our new Cartersville location. Was treated with total disrespect by the drive thru representative taking the order and mocked as we drove off. She must have been having a really bad day! We were looking forward to our first visit, but we won’t go back. I can’t imagine paying for a meal and to be treated with such disrespect. This happened on 10/20/2019 at around 6:15 PM.
