“It reminds me of the Osteria found in Italy but with a creative twist. You can taste the food is made with care and the menu designed with thoughtfulness. We greatly enjoyed the pace of the service. It was attentive but you didn’t feel rushed and like they were trying to turn tables. I feel like the value for the money paid was definitely there. We got two entrees, 3 drinks from the bar, shared a soup, bread service and two salads for $86. I think that is more than fair for proper handmade pasta and risotto and everything else we ordered. The atmosphere is lovely. There aren’t a lot of tables and it’s not overly loud. You can actually have conversations and enjoy the company of your friends and family.”

“To Jeremy Towe, you should not give a bad rating for a restaurant based on the ongoing economic crisis that all small businesses owners are affected by. 90% of restaurants are having to cut corners due to rising food costs, lack of employee, etc. there was a reason you kept going there, which is probably the taste. Now you’re judging based on portions and prices. I’m sure the owner is trying their best to stay above water with these trying times. So think about someone’s lively hood before making the statements you did.”

“I placed an online order for my husband yesterday, and when he picked it up and brought it home, he immediately noticed that honey mustard had spilled all over his chicken tenders. He was pretty upset because he doesn’t like any sauce on his chicken tenders.

I called this LongHorn location about 15 minutes before closing and was connected with the manager, Ms. Amber. I explained what happened, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She immediately made it a priority to have my husband’s chicken tenders and fries remade without any hassle. On top of that, she gave him a complimentary dessert card for the inconvenience.

Ms. Amber’s customer service is truly 10/10! She was attentive, professional, compassionate, and resolved the issue quickly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making things right, especially so close to closing time.

We got the bacon Roll, bubba Roll, and the tripple hibachi with Lobster tail, shrimp and filet mignon with 2 added fried rice. I got their MIA TIA and my husband ordered a rum pineapple juice drink. The drinks came first, then the Sushi and then Jose came and fix our hibachi choice. This was enough food to feed my Husband and myself and and the entire meal was excellent. My husband and I are over the Road truck drivers and we have had Sushi and Hibachi all over the United States. This place ranks right up there with GSR casino’s sushi restaurant- in my opinion. We will definitely be back and will bring any friends we can.”

Extremely disappointing experience. The professionalism from the manager, Travis, was honestly shocking. I could hear him speaking to his employees in a way that was incredibly disrespectful and demeaning, almost as if he was talking to them like they were dogs. I also overheard him saying that customers were “insane” for being upset about waiting over 30 minutes, which says a lot about the attitude toward the people who are actually keeping the business running.

On top of that, I saw Travis outside having what appeared to be a very questionable interaction with someone sitting in a shady-looking car. I obviously can’t say what was happening, but from a customer’s perspective, it certainly didn’t look professional.

There was very little sense of urgency, customer service, or professionalism. If waiting over 30 minutes for an order is apparently something customers are just supposed to accept, and Travis has such little respect for both employees and customers, maybe it’s time to rethink the management approach.

And Travis — if you don’t like serving chicken nuggets, maybe you should find a new profession. 😂”

“Just want to give a shout out and a great big THANK YOU to Scott's Walk-Up Bar-B-Que in Cartersville. Yesterday we were already stressing a little at work when we realized we had about 20 more guests than expected, coming to a very special, upper management, retirement luncheon. We left immediately and ran into Scott’s a few mins early for our pickup, in hopes that we could buy extra food to have enough. We told them where we were from and that we were there to pick up our order but needed to add to it if it all possible. They started looking at each other and things quickly felt a little uncomfortable, and sheer panic set in for us. We told them we had been talking to Julie and they said, “we don’t have a Juile. You must have ordered from the Scott’s in South Ga!” Dear Lord did the panic set in then!!! I said we have 70 people coming for a retirement luncheon in about 45 mins! Can you please help us??!! They asked what we needed, which included six butts with slaw, potato salad and beans and more tea. They quickly went to work and had us out of there in about 20 mins. THEY SAVED US AND WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL!!! And, as always, their food was amazing!! Please go support this business!! They are in Cartersville on Tennessee St. And keep them in mind if you are having an event in the area and are looking for great BBQ. They will take care of you! “First time eating here, was so happy we did. Excellent variety of food, fantastic customer service and delicious food. I had BBQ best greens I ever had, Moist pork creamy coleslaw, husband had Thai food and was just as impressed. We highly recommend this restaurant if you like flavorful food with big portions. We both had to get takeout containers it was a large portion so excited to get to eat it again for dinner. Excellent restaurant!!!”

“I'm in Cartersville GA on a business trip. I only go to local restaurants so I asked many locals about Nagel's Bagels before I finally decided to go. Many folks had nothing but positive praise and vibes about it. I absolutely love a good bagel and I have to say they didn't disappoint me at all. This place is definitely a top 3 bagel in my book and I've had bagels in many locations across the country.

I ordered a jalapeno asiago bagel with bacon, ham, sausage and pepper jack cheese. OMG it was delicious. The bagel itself was tasty not overpowered by the jalapeno. Bacon made to perfection. Ham and sausage were also good. Melted cheese topping it off. Top 3 of all the bagel restaurants I've ever been to.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. There is plenty of seating. Downtown location with plenty of parking along the street.”

When Rebecca told me that her husband and her took it over and he has been the cook for 23 years I was relieved. The Pizza is fantastic and if you have never had one you need to get one. We had the Kimbap #20, Kimchi Stew #21, Pot Udon #28, and the Kimchi Stew #12. We love Korean food, and we're excited to try it. Everything was phenomenal!

The Udon was served in a light, but rich, clear broth with many additions. Fantastic. The dumplings were delicious and made in house. The Kimchi Stew was the perfect balance of spicy, spur, and savory-sweet. The Kimbap was devoured by my daughter!
It's definitely family owned, and the space is absolutely comfortable enough to dine in. The service was friendly and impeccable. I'm so grateful to have a new local Korean place. They also sell homemade kimchi!

Overall fun place to eat; Cartersville is lucky to have multiple Korean Restaurants to try. They don’t all seem to last too long (Hansik is apparently permanently closed and this spot used to be known as Lee’s Guest House) so hopefully this one lasts.”
