Arby's, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received positive reviews from its customers. The staff, especially the cashier and order taker, are praised for their friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor. The restaurant operates like clockwork, with fast service and a genuine level of attentiveness that almost feels like a full-service restaurant. The roast beef sandwiches and Gyro sandwiches, along with potato cakes and cherry turnovers, are highlighted as standout menu items. Ordering is easy, and the food generally comes out quickly, although there may be a short wait for fresh potato cakes or turnovers. The restaurant maintains a clean and welcoming environment, with well-kept restrooms and table areas. Despite a temporary issue with the registers and credit cards, the manager handled the situation professionally, ensuring that customers could still enjoy their meals. Overall, Arby's is commended for providing a quick, affordable, and fresh-tasting lunch option, making it a go-to choice for those in the area. However, customers are advised to double-check their bags for accuracy, as some have reported missing items or incorrect sauces.
