I walked up to the counter and both employees were on their phones and did not notice me for 2 mins. The gentleman who greeted me did not even say anything when he got to the counter so I said hey how are you and he took my order. He must have been new so it was ok he wasn't sure how to ring it up. I stopped at the Starbucks in Kroger to purchase a gift card for a birthday gift. The barrister who waited on me was professional, efficient, asked if I wanted additional items & said "thank you" upon completion of the transaction. (So many don't say "thank you" anymore & say "no problem," instead of you're welcome." I appreciated his manners.) Employees were astounded that I wanted heavy whipping cream in my coffee. Did not follow instructions and were just all around unpleasant. 1st visitor. Be glad when DD opens back up. No cheese
