I walked up to the counter and both employees were on their phones and did not notice me for 2 mins. The gentleman who greeted me did not even say anything when he got to the counter so I said hey how are you and he took my order. He must have been new so it was ok he wasn't sure how to ring it up. His co-worker was trying to help by asking me what I wanted from the other side of the kiosk, I could not really hear her. Then when my drink was done she just sat it down and didn't say anything. I asked if it was mine and she said yeah. Just pretty bad customer service but the drink is good. 11:07 am Sun Nov 5th I did not get their nameAlso I was told they done use the app for stars which was kinda a bummer. Probably won't be back to this location.
I stopped at the Starbucks in Kroger to purchase a gift card for a birthday gift. The barrister who waited on me was professional, efficient, asked if I wanted additional items & said "thank you" upon completion of the transaction. (So many don't say "thank you" anymore & say "no problem," instead of you're welcome." I appreciated his manners.) I point out this server because upon an earlier visit to this location, another employee was working with him & I noticed then how condescending she was to him & corrected most of what he did. At the time, he looked defeated & discouraged. I was glad to see he was still there & doing his job well.

Employees were astounded that I wanted heavy whipping cream in my coffee. Did not follow instructions and were just all around unpleasant. 1st visitor. Be glad when DD opens back up. No cheese

Not happy with my recent 2 experiences, they supported to opens at 6AM, I go in at 6:30AM thet still not open, because nobody showed up, 2 times in a roll in 1 week....ridiculous and uncalled for, I get up early just so I can go by too get a coffee, but can't seem to open on on time, probably will have to find somewhere else to go, there's another coffee shop in the same parking lot and they can open on time. ?Parking: Inside Ingles Grocery Store
