This is an excellent Chinese restaurant if you are looking for a quick meal with good food at a fair price. I ordered Mongolian beef with rice, an egg roll and a can of Coke. The portions were generous and the food was piping hot and fresh. Very tasty, yet it didn't make me thirsty afterwards, as is often common with Chinese food.If you chose to dine in, you order your meal at the counter, have a seat in one of the booths or tables, and wait till they call your prepared order....read full review
Love the vegan options -I know this'll sound super vegan but the broccoli is fantastic Tofu also very good I'm not feeling the yard-sale-esque items like the twin bed in the corner but all in all, great food, super friendly staff

OEC Chinese Rest. is not fancy by any means. Order from cashier, so no wait staff.I was pleasantly surprised the food was better than I've had in most Chinese Rest., & reasonable.
