Service was super slow. Server was polite. I understand they were busy but there were times I would see my server just standing somewhere and I would have to ask for her instead of her asking me what we need. Had better experiences at same location. Guess it was just one of those days ?.
We're seated immediately and told a new pot of coffee was brewing. 30 minutes later the waitress came to take our order. She seemed to have a problem understanding our orders which were straight off the menu and finally put the order in. My wife asked to skip the cheesecake mousse topping on her waffle. She came back to the table about 10 minutes later to ask me what I wanted on my waffle catching me by surprise because the menu specifically stated what came with it. Over...read full review

Awesome service!!! We've been several times in the last 2 months and received excellent customer service each time. The food, customer service and atmosphere was fantastic. If you have been deterred because of past service like we were, you should give it another try. We were pleasantly surprised of the overall improvement in all areas... Try it!!!
