“I'm so proud to have this excellent Mexican restaurant in Acworth close to my home. They have the best Taco salad and sweet iced tea in town! Today I enjoyed the seasoned ground beef with mine-although the price of ground beef is up, this restaurant did not skimp on the amount of beef used, and the prices remain reasonable. Overall the food here is very good.and fresh. I'd like to shout out to Tyler Hawthorne the restaurant's manager. Tyler has helped me through the years put together some really nice catering packages for a few of my home entertaining events-these hot luncheons have always been a hit with my guests. Thanks!”

“It reminds me of the Osteria found in Italy but with a creative twist. You can taste the food is made with care and the menu designed with thoughtfulness. We greatly enjoyed the pace of the service. It was attentive but you didn’t feel rushed and like they were trying to turn tables. I feel like the value for the money paid was definitely there. We got two entrees, 3 drinks from the bar, shared a soup, bread service and two salads for $86. I think that is more than fair for proper handmade pasta and risotto and everything else we ordered. The atmosphere is lovely. There aren’t a lot of tables and it’s not overly loud. You can actually have conversations and enjoy the company of your friends and family.”

“Just want to give a shout out and a great big THANK YOU to Scott's Walk-Up Bar-B-Que in Cartersville. Yesterday we were already stressing a little at work when we realized we had about 20 more guests than expected, coming to a very special, upper management, retirement luncheon. We left immediately and ran into Scott’s a few mins early for our pickup, in hopes that we could buy extra food to have enough. We told them where we were from and that we were there to pick up our order but needed to add to it if it all possible. They started looking at each other and things quickly felt a little uncomfortable, and sheer panic set in for us. We told them we had been talking to Julie and they said, “we don’t have a Juile. You must have ordered from the Scott’s in South Ga!” Dear Lord did the panic set in then!!! I said we have 70 people coming for a retirement luncheon in about 45 mins! Can you please help us??!! They asked what we needed, which included six butts with slaw, potato salad and beans and more tea. They quickly went to work and had us out of there in about 20 mins. THEY SAVED US AND WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL!!! And, as always, their food was amazing!! Please go support this business!! They are in Cartersville on Tennessee St. And keep them in mind if you are having an event in the area and are looking for great BBQ. They will take care of you! I had BBQ best greens I ever had, Moist pork creamy coleslaw, husband had Thai food and was just as impressed. We highly recommend this restaurant if you like flavorful food with big portions. We both had to get takeout containers it was a large portion so excited to get to eat it again for dinner. Excellent restaurant!!!”

“We celebrated my father-in-law's 90th birthday at Generations Pizza in Acworth yesterday, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! The private event space they set up for us was absolutely perfect — plenty of room, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family celebration. But what really made the day special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that the day ran smoothly. If you're looking for a great place to host a party or private event in the area, I can't recommend Generations Pizza enough. They helped us create a celebration our family will remember forever. Thank you to the entire team for making my father-in-law's 90th birthday so special! 🎉”

“I take my client out to eat twice a month and we have went to different restaurants in Acworth and she wanted some barbecue so a neighbor of mines had told me that they had a good barbecue pork sandwich but she didn't like the barbecue pulled pork,pork in the ribs was too fatty and the macaroni cheese was dry and didn't have no taste to it, only thing that was good was the fried okra and the roll ,and the Sprite at the machine it was nasty. she didn't like the coleslaw cuz it had pieces of the core all in it, so she took about four bites out of her pulled pork in a olive baked beans sell for a teaspoon of it but she said she didn't want to come back we should have asked for a refund but she said it was okay she just won't come back”

The food was a surprising offering of Mexican (we ate the wonderfully thick-for-dipping chips and guacamole), Asian (we enjoyed the perfectly prepared fried calamari with a sweet and spicy Asian dipping sauce and delicious shrimp and rice), and Italian (several pasta selections).
