This is easily one of the most nicely decorated Starbucks locations I've visited! There is plenty of space to hang out, chat, or get some work done comfortably. To top it off, the staff were all super friendly and welcoming.
Wonderful, calm, cozy establishment. Nice tunes playing throughout. Moderate noise level. Great seating options inside and out. They even include some books for you to read at your leisure. Clean restrooms. Friendly service. Coffee always suburb!
The ladies who opened the store on 7/13/26, showed exemplary customer service (fourth person in line). Thank you for your service.

Starbucks at Lake Point is a friendly coffee shop with a loyal and consistent team. The staff is welcoming and provides fast service, whether in the drive-through or when picking up an order. The clean bathrooms and ADA compliance make it accessible to all. Customers value the personalized service and delicious drinks, like the Hot Mocha or iced mocha. While many appreciate the overall experience, some have noted that service consistency can vary, particularly with drink temperatures. One employee, recognized for his outstanding service, makes the morning drive-thru experience pleasant. However, there have been instances where orders, like oatmeal with dried fruit, were missing items, which customers would like addressed. Overall, Starbucks at Lake Point remains a welcoming place to start the day with a quality beverage.
