“Honestly, I rarely review fast food spots because it's usually the same ole hit or miss. This location was exceptionally clean and organized. After ordering at the self serve kiosk, Dakota served our meal at our table. She mentioned that she didn't like that the fries weren't hot and fresh, so she would be bringing more out to us. We told her it really wasn't necessary but she insisted. As we ate our meals, we saw her running around doing everything - cashier, serving, fries, and to go orders! She deserves a promotion and a raise. You could tell she took pride in her job. I hope everyone has the same impression going here. I was sad to see such terrible past reviews. It must be under new management now because this was one of the best McDonalds experiences I've ever had.“

“I’m very happy with Wholly Ground. I’ve been through the drive thru a half dozen times and always love my beverage. It’s always fresh, hot, and perfectly made.Today was my first time going inside. Overhead lighting aside, it is homey and sweet. The baristas are so lovely and kind, to one another and to customers. They’re very patient and friendly.I got two donuts for my children and they RAVED about them.I also purchased an Asiago jalapeno bagel for me. It was very tasty. Could use a touch of salt, but the flavors were really fresh!Really lovely. I’m happy to make this a regular shop to support!“
“Went here for dinner and drinks and holy ****!!! This place is SO GOOD. I got the meatballs & mochi. It was amazing. The meatballs were perfectly cooked- they were juicy and full of flavor. The sweet potato mochi was unlike anything I’ve had before. It was like a little pillow of yumminess! The sauce over them was so, so good. The presentation was so nice. Plus, my bee’s knees came in a super cute BEAR glass!!!! I’m going to come back here soon! It’s so cute, I never knew places like this existed around here.“

“Another one down! Here is my take1. Donuts were really light and fluffy. I was worried about the color and them being to under done but they were just right!2. The filled donuts were STUFFED. I would say out of the ones I had, these were the clear winner.3. My only critique was that the variety was less than other similar places, but maybe they were just cleaned out by the time I got there.“
“I come here all the time, because it feels like a Southern Gothic Haven, and I have never had an issue and will continue to keep coming here. However, some of the baristas here have a pompous attitude that I recognize because I have one myself (and also am a barista.) I came in here a few weeks ago and asked for a london fog and had to explain the drink to the barista's working. I had no issue with this at all, and they made it perfectly. Came in a few days later, I asked if the barista knew the drink and they said yes, then made it wrong. I come in today, and ask Wendy for a london fog, and she agrees, obviously I double check to make sure she knows the recipe and she looked at me with a very intense look of disdain and it really frustrated me, because why are you taking your irritation with me (probably an ego thing) about being told how to do something, when you and your staff have clearly shown that they don't know how to make the drink. I guess I was just supposed to ask and be okay with whatever you gave me? Sorry, I wouldn't do it my coffee shop so I don't expect it from one that I think I enjoy more than my own. Quite frankly, I almost walked out after leaving a nice tip and just went to Wholly Grounds or Nobel and Main. And it wasn't like I was a j*** about it, in fact I made multiple jokes to try to ease the situation due to my own social anxiety and hyper awareness of social situations going wrong due to my adhd. But yet, Wendy came off as rude, and cold for no reason. The only redeeming quality about this interaction is how good the drink was. Probably the best London Fog I've ever had since I started drinking these, and it wasn't even made with my preferred milk. I say this to say, maybe next time try telling the customer what the ingredients are or even just ask them to tell you simply so they can have peace of mind that it will be made right. Or I don't know, maybe add the drink to the menu? All, I'm saying is it's only so many times that a good drink can save the day until I legit decide to not come back here again. And quite frankly, I don't even usually leave reviews, Wendy was just so passive aggressively irritating that I felt that I needed to say this.“

“I think it's wonderful that this location hires mutes because it can be really hard to find good employment with a disability. It would be good if they had some way to signal that your coffee is done though, like maybe a bell or something that way you don't have to just wait and wait when your coffee was actually already done and sitting on the counter for some time.“

“Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!!
