As a long term patron of Henry’s, I sure do miss Henry owning it. I went with friends last week and our experience was terrible. The general manager was extremely rude and belittling. I emailed the contact that I was given of the owner 3 times with no reply. No reply IS reply enough. This place is quickly going downhill and it’s so sad. The good ol’ days of Henry’s is no more. Ate at Henry’s over the weekend and it was as good as ever… we have been going to Henry’s since it first opened!!!
We went to Henry’s tonight to get the lobster oh la la. We were quoted 30 mins for a table, waited an hour +, and then ended up sitting at a table that had been open the whole time we waited. Hosts had a bad attitude. Service was terrible. We saw our waitress one time for drinks and to take our order. She never refilled our drinks asked if we needed anything besides condiments before our food came out.
