Very surprised with the great quality of the food. I had the chicken livers, my wife had the fried catfish and both were very good. Our vegetable sides were good as well. They are in the process or remodeling so the place is a bit rough but the food makes up for it. We will definitely go back soon.
What a great meal we had at Doug's Place on Saturday!!! They were so accommodating and really helped us order just the right sides. Their fried okra is the only place I have ever been that really does taste like my mommas!!! Doug's Place is totally worth the drive!!!
