“It reminds me of the Osteria found in Italy but with a creative twist. You can taste the food is made with care and the menu designed with thoughtfulness. We greatly enjoyed the pace of the service. It was attentive but you didn’t feel rushed and like they were trying to turn tables. I feel like the value for the money paid was definitely there. We got two entrees, 3 drinks from the bar, shared a soup, bread service and two salads for $86. I think that is more than fair for proper handmade pasta and risotto and everything else we ordered. The atmosphere is lovely. There aren’t a lot of tables and it’s not overly loud. You can actually have conversations and enjoy the company of your friends and family.“

“We just got back from seeing an amazing 80s cover show with Guardians of the Jukebox! But one.of the main reasons we WILL be back is because our server Natalie IS THE BEST!!! She has her ISH together big time, coupled woth an awesome personality and a very sweet heart! She even took the time to remember our names the whole night! She did an awesome job with out order, keeping our drinks refilled, and helping us understand our tab with thr gift card we had! So many other classes you just read from a text book but in his classes Abraham asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. Had to wait for rest of my food before I could start eating. Hash came out first and I mix with eggs. Had to wait another 5-10 minutes. Hash hot gold. Plates and garbage remained on table; no pre-busing. No follow up on how we were doing. Had to constantly ask for refills. Not mad; just stating the facts.“

“I want to say a mighty big thank you to the great people at the Acworth Georgia , Culvers for going above and beyond in returning my purse. My husband and I were driving through and and stopped to eat. Food was great. After Leaving and traveling over a hundred miles I realized I did not have my purse, knowing Ciphers was the only place had stopped, my husband called them and sure enough a waitress had found it and turned it into the manager who placed it the safe. My husband called my phone which was in my purse it was answered by the manager. They verified that I was indeed the owner, he contacted the restaurants owner to see what the store policy was regarding this situation. The owner contacted us and he had my purse sent back to me high priority. When I offered to pay for the shipping he refused to be reimbursed. Stated he would want someone to do the same for him. I say this goes a long way about the integrity of this company. They really do live up to their motto of being one of the family. Also want to say that nothing was taken out of my purse. Thank you Patrick, Dominick and Skip for all that you did.“

“I love Culver's. This place is brand new and very clean. The staff is always friendly and professional. The food is always made to order and delicious. Culver's has the best custard ever. If you've never had it, you will love it over ice-cream. Has handicap parking and wheelchair access. You can dine inside or outside under an umbrella table. “I placed an online order for my husband yesterday, and when he picked it up and brought it home, he immediately noticed that honey mustard had spilled all over his chicken tenders. He was pretty upset because he doesn’t like any sauce on his chicken tenders.

I called this LongHorn location about 15 minutes before closing and was connected with the manager, Ms. Amber. I explained what happened, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She immediately made it a priority to have my husband’s chicken tenders and fries remade without any hassle. On top of that, she gave him a complimentary dessert card for the inconvenience.

Ms. Amber’s customer service is truly 10/10! She was attentive, professional, compassionate, and resolved the issue quickly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making things right, especially so close to closing time.
