The drive-through at this location is super slow. We mostly go here for concrete mixers and they're inconsistent. They frequently overmix so the mix-ins get blended into the custard. Swirls? What swirls? Sometimes they'll leave a mix-in out entirely and by the time I figure it out we've already driven away and don't want to go back and wait forever to talk to someone. We have better luck at the DQ up the street.
Every time my husband and I come here we have an extensive wait. This time it was 30 min in the drive thru for a large concrete FOD we were going to split. I went in and waited in line for 10 min, so a total of 40 min for a single ice cream.Patrick was very kind and apologized , refunded our $6, and made the ice cream for us.We will still likely go to the other Culver’s down the other end of 92, but if we do stop into this one again I hope Patrick is working. Thanks, Patrick!

Stopped in for a Berry Concrete Mixer. Yum! The staff was friendly and greeted me with a hello and a smile. The custard was made quickly and delivered to my table. The place was dead, but it was at 4pm.Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals and kids get free custard.
