I recommend anyone attempting to get Servsaffe certification to do so through RMG. All of my questions and issues where answered promptly and both Chef Abraham and Mayra where very accommodating.
I can’t say enough great things about my instructor Jessie—she was absolutely instrumental in helping me pass my Food Handling Manager exam. Her knowledge of the material was outstanding, but what really set her apart was how clearly and patiently she explained everything especially when she used analogies. She made even the more complicated topics easy to understand and always took the time to answer questions thoroughly.

I have learned so much in my classes with Chef Abraham. He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in his classes Abraham asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. I’m thrilled to have found his class and definitely will recommend him!
