About First Watch

First Watch offers a unique menu with healthy options and large portion sizes. The pancakes are huge! They also use marine biodegradable straws, which is commendable. Some dishes like the omelette may be mediocre, but the potatoes are well-seasoned. The service is great. During a busy brunch, a mother and daughter enjoyed dishes like kids grilled cheese, shrimp and grits, and breakfast potatoes. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, but the grits were bland. The iced coffee was tasty, and the experience, although a bit rushed, left them willing to return for a different dish.
