Drive thru is absolutely terrible. Every time we order something is screwed up. Food missing, they bring the wrong order, and then you have to go inside and it's like a circus because many are trying to get their order corrected. The food is good but the employees need training badly.
I ordered a burger without onions. I am highly allergic to onions. I drove all the way home and my burger had onions and was missing my fries. I drove back went inside and asked for my food first then the manager next (Micheal Bishop). I saw the manager but he never spoke with me. I was given the burger back twice with no fries. Finally after giving me fries I leave - 30 minutes later! I get home (2 miles away) and ONIONS which I am highly allergic to and the reason for this hour...read full review
Ordered a fish sandwich basket and this is what we received (an overcooked piece of fish without the bread on top). The burger meal I ordered was made wrong as well (none of the requested toppings and the sandwichwas disheveled). I called after getting home and discovering the poorly crafted meal. I first talked to a young man named Chris who said he was the Manager. I told him my issue and he said hold on left me on hold for quite a long time.
