“The customer service was friendly and good going.I even got a free water from them without actually paying the 50 cents at or some other places in Zack's fees.The only problem I had was that the tomatoes were their little soggy , and not crisp , and that there wasn't enough lettuce on my grilled chicken sandwich. Other than that, the customer service was friendly and good and even a friend of my family was very polite and friendly and coming out to greet us from behind the grill at zaxby's great place to eat for family and just chill out for a second and inexpensive as well compared to today's price. For eating out, thanks Trump blowing your trumpet. Go to zaxby's, if you just want to even hang out or just talk to your wife in private for a minute, this is a place to hang far as the racism that's in Cartersville, y'all gotta change man, that's just being real talk to you later. All the joy needs to change. Is it supposed to be the land of Martin Luther King Jr. at the land of division? You hear me.“

“They followed my preferences for the meals we ordered. The service was served quickly, and with a smile. The servant (Kamia) was pleasant as well as the manager Frank. It’s very rare that managers come and greet the customers. I’d definitely go again. The atmosphere was pleasant and facilities were clean.“

“I ordered breakfast through Doordash 12/19 and was highly disappointed. I ordered the scramble bowl, a side of fruit, and a half and half tea. This was the smallest scramble bowl I have received from any Chick-fil-A and my tea was fully unsweet, not half and half. This was not worth the money I spent!“
