After a little hiccup for a birthday party order yesterday, Gondolier absolutely made everything right and then some. I also got a call from the manager and she was so sweet to help us out the way she did. We received the best customer service!
Delicious 2 for 1 pizza.
Nice quiet setting & to he food was great! We had lasagna, antipasto salad & pizza. The menu has a wide variety of selections & desserts looked delicious. Handicap accessible as well.

The dining room is clean, and the atmosphere is cozy with a diner feel. Some customers face challenges with wheelchair accessibility at the location. Fans are sad about the closing of the Acworth branch, hoping for a new location nearby. The West Rome location has a better atmosphere, but this spot is still cute and worth visiting.
