The place is great the food is amazing, our waitress was wonderful! we had chicken wings my husband had half a dozen of bake oysters Cajun seasoning which was good very good the food was really good it's just kind of a little expensive but it's worth it! If you haven't tried Jefferson's you need to in Calhoun
Had the BUFFALO CHICKEN NACHOSPresentation was appealing. First thing I noticed was the sub par cheese queso. The queso tasted like cheap dollar general canned cheese. The chicken was flavorful, crispy and cooked well. The buffalo sauce tasted as you would expect (nothing extraordinary). The salsa was cheap, store bought. Probably pace brand if I had to guess.
