Dont know what's going on with Zaxbys maybe because they are going to be moving to a new location but the portions are smaller and the chicken wasn't fully cooked when I stopped by this evening. I wonder how many other people are saying the same thing?

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has amazing food that is always great, fresh, and hot. Some locations are one of the best run and nicest restaurants with a clean dining room and very attentive employees. The drive thru can be fast and efficient, taking about 5 minutes start to leave. However, other experiences are inconsistent. The bathrooms are not really clean, and pickup orders can take like 40 minutes. Employees at some locations do not show that they care a single bit, and the drive thru is a zoo where they never can hear you on the speaker and sound annoyed. There are also reports of favoritism when asking for extra sauces. One order from Doordash included a zip lock bag with 2 mints and a Bible message, but it is unclear if that was from the restaurant or the driver.
