Very slow service…in the last 5 visits to this location, we have had a minimum wait time in the drive-thru of 10 minutes. Out of those same last 5 visits, the order was incomplete. And today there was a big in one of the drinks.
I have come thru this drive thru three times. My first experience was driving thru to be informed that there was NO chicken. The second we waited 45 mins to order to be told there was NO grilled chicken (I have a gluten allergy). And now it’s the third time place the order to sit and wait for 20 mins and still no food. This seriously has to be the worst serving Zaxby’s. I gave y’all three chances and EVERY experience has not been good!!

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings receives mixed reviews. The morning staff are always so sweet and make sure to always get everything right. They always ask if anything extra is needed and are always inviting. One customer used the app to order dinner and arrived at the eta given by the app. The cashier greeted promptly and handed the order over immediately. It was hot and fresh, and prepared just as ordered. A nice young lady in the dining room offered to grab a drink carrier and got the door. The manager was very sweet and helped with everything needed. Another lady at the counter was so friendly and nice. The house salad and the 5 finger meal were both good. However, one visit was terrible to walk in with family and children for dinner and smell and gag on weed. An employee was seen getting out of the car that was smoking weed and went back to work. A closing shift was awesome; employees were super nice and helped get an online order even after closing time.
