3rd shift crew, approximately 1215am. Workers are more concerned with chit chatting than the customer. Didn't receive any napkins, had to blow the horn multiple times to get her to come back and give me a straw. Wasn't asked if I wanted ketchup... which would've been nice Fries are COLD . I had stopped here on my way back home from Myrtle Beach recently and received a good burger so I visited again. I have high blood pressure so when I eat out,I order No Salt,perfectly capable of adding my own Seasoning if I want. I ordered a Double Quarter pounder meal and it was prepared to my taste and was good! Andrew helped make sure No Salt was on grill and not in Fry bin so No Salt on Fryes! I really appreciate this! Just ordered from the mobile app which I won't be doing anymore. I frequently order from this location with the app and usually it's not a problem. They gave me cookies instead of nuggets. I was already having a bad day but that was the last straw. Not coming back here again. Id rather drive to the one all the way in Cartersville. Don't recommend
