Chicken Restaurants near Adairsville

“Adairsville Zaxby’s has stepped up their customer service recently. In the drive thru they’ve have had a history of getting my order wrong more than getting it right since they’ve been open - leaving out requested and paid for extra sauces most every time, bread being dry and tasteless, fries being overcooked and hard or stale from not being cooked fresh, and repeatedly being out of items on the menu.
My last 3 orders have been complete and this last visit was the shortest time I’ve ever waited in the drive thru. It’s typical to be in line for 30 minutes. This last trip was 10 minutes and they were as busy as usually. 6 cars in front of me and many more behind me. I hope they keep this up and don’t revert back to being out of stuff, getting orders wrong and taking forever to move the drive thru line.“

“Dont know what's going on with Zaxbys maybe because they are going to be moving to a new location but the portions are smaller and the chicken wasn't fully cooked when I stopped by this evening. I wonder how many other people are saying the same thing?“

“Kfc needs to get there act together the food's starting to really be bad. The people are rude. They don't want to do anything for you. They don't want to get the order that you particularly want. Very slow taking her sweet time. Think they're in need for a new management before they crash them.. I have been very disappointed with them the past few times I had went find chicken somewhere else. Until they can straighten up. You don't you're wasting your money.“
