They always seem very understaffed which is not the employee’s faults. I’ve never had an issue with the attitude of the staff. With that being said - your food is never correct and on the off chance that it is, it is cold.

The wait time was long. The line in the drive-thru was 6 cars deep, so went inside due to the wait (waited a few minutes with no movement in the drive-thru). The delay/wait inside ended up taking just as long. The fingers in the Big Zax Snack was just way too small and the fries had zero seasoning on them. I've seen this as a trend at all the Zaxby's that I have visited recently so it seems to be more of a corporate thing.

Stopped in during a road trip for their Fingerz, which are our go to while on the road. The chicken was hot and juicy like always and the employees were friendly and quick with the order. We did go inside for the facilities and stretch our legs. Upon entry the trash area was very messy and there were lots of small pieces of food and trash upon approaching the order area. A simple sweep up would have improved the appearance and atmosphere.

Today was a much better experience than the last time. The Philly sandwich was really good. The cashier I think her name was Doris was super sweet. Now the rest of the restaurant could use some work. The ice machine was leaking and booths had holes in the seats. Needs a good cleaning and an update.

I would give this review zero stars if possible. The employees are incredibly rude and are of no help. I have been through this Zaxby's 3 times and that was 3 times too many. The first time I was told they were out of sweet tea and my food was cold. The second time I waited about 30-35 minutes just to get my food THAT IS RIDICULOUS. The third and FINAL time I got the actual bare minimum when it came to French fries and they even forgot my bread. Then after I had already gotten home I realized my order was wrong. I am an avid Zaxby's eater but this BY FAR is the absolute worst one.
Kind of slow service, they may need to hire more help.
