“This was not about me, but something I saw on Nextdoor. They tipped, it just wasn't as much as this person thought they were entitled to because they feel that the customer has a lot of money and should give more.“

“My car broke down unexpectedly in the drive-through line yesterday. I was in a terrible spot & I couldn’t even get my car into neutral to move it out of the way. The employees were outstanding. They were very patient and kind and checked on me several times to make sure I was OK and tried to even help problem solve what was happening. My car being parked there affected their drive-through time, I’m sure, but they kept assuring me that it was fine & couldn’t be helped. They directed customers in the drive-through line around my car without frustration or impatience. They truly made me feel like it wasn’t a problem in a very problematic situation, and I appreciate their kindness more than they’ll ever know.“

“this is our go to spot for wings! so many different flavors. we never had an issue here. we've been here several times delicious! The only thing is they have celery not carrots.. which is ok, my husband eats it but not me. I would like to recommend carrots instead of just celery“

“My Family and I recently visited Jefferson’s for the 1st time, after living up here for 2 years! The food was amazing, everything was fresh, and it came out within 15 minutes of ordering! The manager Melissa greeted us, and made sure everything was ok. Our waitress Lexi was just beautiful, and very attentive to our needs. We ordered fried mushrooms , a must try, onion rings, wings, and the kids had chicken finger baskets they could have been seasoned more, but besides that our food was delicious! Oh… and I had a Tequila Sunrise , and they don’t skimp on the liquor, if you know what I mean, lol! We are planning to go back on a Tuesday for Bingo night! 10 / 10 highly recommend!“

“Staff was really nice. I got the lengua quesadilla Plato. Along with Tres Leche. The beans and rice are absolute mid like the beans aren’t even smashed up or anything. They look like canned pinto beans. The quesadilla is absolutely fire though in their green sauce is very very good. I don’t usually eat the green sauce, but there’s is delicious. I usually go to a different place but this place will absolutely do as my number two.“

After placing a order trying to get a credit for chicken sub that was literally burnt. She had an instant attitude. I think you would call her a manager She was the scariest manager I've ever met named Tommy She was very rude she hung up in our face we tried to call back About 9 times she did not answer then we pulled this is what happened I will never ever order from here again I don't know if she didn't want to deal with me because I was black or not. Do not repeat do not buy from here.@@@@@@@#@@@####@###@###@# Review About 1 week now of back-and-forth /16 emails with the general manager she gave me a credit for a sub that I'd never was credit for . “Called at 3:10 to order food and just because it was thundering and lightning said it was storming pretty bad and they just had to close. I work next door!! Places just look for any excuse to close now days. They don't care about their business. It wasn't storming enough to close!!“

“The last few times I have been to this location I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of food. I do hate the remodel though. (I miss the signage and decorations that used to be on the walls) Please keep up the good work! Remains to be one of my favorite fast food options.“
