Some visits feature extremely polite young ladies who greet customers with a smile and even thank them for coming in, making people feel appreciated. The service is sometimes perfect, with orders completed very fast and correctly, and the food is hot and tasty. However, other visits have seen the location go downhill, with a melted milkshake handed over after a 20-minute wait and the wrong order. One employee at the drive-thru window refused to remake the melted milkshake. The remodel of the store looks great to some, but others miss the old signage and decorations. The inside of the restaurant can be dirty and very dusty, with fans on that blow dust around. The fried cheesecake bites are delicious, hot, not greasy, and remind customers of fried cheese curds. The service for these bites was incredibly fast, with the order ready within a minute. One customer noted that the water push thing on the ice machine was very hard to push and required assistance.
