I've been going here for years and always loved it. Lately though I've been very disappointed, last week I got wings in things tossed in sauce as usual. I received my meal and it only had the wings and fries, I went inside to get them to correct it. The woman was rude but asked them to recook it. The meal I received had clearly been sitting for hours and barely had sauce. I went back yesterday and got 2 kickin chickin meals and asked for extra tongue torch on both. These were the dryest sandwiches, it looked like they drizzled a little sauce on both. It's been like this the past 6 times I've gone, I don't think I'll be trying again. They're expensive and if I'm not getting a hot meal with SAUCE then it's not worth it

I understand being busy, but I was given the wrong sandwich. When I took it back in (no line), the cashier didn't want to acknowledge me and gave no apology for the mistake. They just pulled it out of the lil baggy and slapped on some cold cheese and bacon and shoved it back in the lil bag. And just so Zaxby's know, a CLUB sandwich has bacon, lettuce, and tomato, not just cheese and bacon. Next time, I'll stick to the Cajun club, which is an actual club sandwich.

They gave me only ten fries and they were raw/uncooked , also unseasoned after i asked for extra seasoning. They didn’t give me the extra seasoning on the side either . Disappointing experience at the drive thru . Not the first time they give me bland unseasoned fries but to also barely give me 10 raw fries on top of that is unsatisfactory.

Julie was wonderful and patient. I had my daughter in line with me and she is very hyperactive. Julie was patient and genuinely didn’t seem bothered by it at all. She gave my daughter two cookies and took our order perfectly. I work customer service as well and understand the importance of people just like her.

I ordered on the Zaxbys app for delivery. I ordered the boneless wings and things meal with both wings and tenders tossed in sauce. Once my ordered was delivered to me I noticed that only my boneless wings were tossed in sauce and not my tenders. They decided to give me a ton of bbq sauce on the side in dipping cups. I guess they were too lethargic to do it on their own so instead they rather the customer do it themselves. My receipt states that I paid for the tenders to be tossed in sauce so I’m not understanding how that detail was missed.

Food was fine but it took 25 minutes to get my food. People were getting there’s before me and I ordered before them. One couple came in 6 minutes after us and they were half way done with their meal before we got ours. I know this because it was my parents.

We’re at the thing waiting to order and the girl comes on has a rude attitude my hubby gets a a signature sandwich and all that’s on it is two tenders and Zac sauce not to mention she had forgotten my whole meal. I get it was close to closing time but you shouldn’t be rude to customers and also try to rush and get it done. I’ve worked fast food several years and never have experienced something this bad.
