“My first time here. First I would like to say that the food was exceptional. The atmosphere and staff were friendly and amazing. I sat at the bar with Chastity and she is awesome. I was out looking for some good "verbal abuse" ( sorry inside joke with the couple next to me) and to my surprise everyone was so dog gone nice. I'm now going to be a regular here. If you haven't been to Gypsy Rabbit, you're missing out. It deserves 10 STARS. I highly recommend Gypsy Rabbit.“

“Today is my first time at this location. I have to say that I am a bit of a harsh critic with food establishments as I work customer service myself. Walking in today the ambiance felt very welcoming. Energetic and fun. Becca Chriswell took my payment and the gentleman from the back assured me my pizza would be right out and it was even as I still came 8 minutes early. Becca’s customer service and poise while managing the front of house was truly incredible. This is why I tell everyone that this is why I love takeout from Marcos. A+“

“This was our first time but it won't be the last. I thought the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The food came out very quickly. If I had one complaint, it would be that my steak was not cooked to my liking. Fortunately, I was sharing with my husband and he prefers his steak more rare than mine so I have him the part that was less done. It worked out. Had I not been sharing, I would have had to send it back and that never goes well.My husband had the ribs, which he loved. However, he said the baked potato would not melt the margarine that they gave him. He was unhappy that they didn't have real butter.The only other thing I could say is that it was loud in the restaurant. The server had a hard time hearing us when we ordered. I think the live music would not be enjoyable for a dining experience based on the noise level during regular business.“

“Service was great. Food was pretty tasty. Only complaint was that it took forever for the food to come out. We ordered and it took about an hour before we received our order. Otherwise, the staff was awesome and attentive. The taste and freshness of the food made up for the wait, but we were thinking “dang” after awhile!“

“Carrollton bankhead location. Just a quick opinion. If team members unsure what people want veryify before just giving them what you think they want. Example i ordered #1 with an extra large fries. That dont mean change my fries from my #1 to a large. Team member marlie just be a little more aware. Other than that service and food always good“
