“I had a bad experience with Jack's about a week ago, I came in today feeling bad because I rarely complain about my food I work in the food industry. I presented the coupon from the complaint I made and the manager on duty made me feel heard without hastle and replaced my order. I could tell she runs a tight shift and her food was fresh and I was extremely satisfied with the recovery experience. I eat Jack's often its my favorite fast food place too eat in Cedartown my order is usually fresh and accurate and the staff is always friendly...Thank you very much girl at the front counter and the manager that made this hastle free and weren't rude.“
