“Kassie is delightful at the window. Even though I caused her extra work because of my error she never stopped smiling and so helpful. After a long day at work I appreciate some one like Kassie.
On two different trips to Jack’s I’ve the pleasure of Katie waiting on me. She is such a sweet young lady. Her smile is so welcoming.
The other time Wendy helped me. She was very accommodating and of course had a beautiful smile.

“I am a fully grown adult, and I have zero regrets about ordering the Adult Minion Meal. Yes, I got the exact toy I wanted, and yes, it feels a little funny admitting how happy that made me. No regrets!
Here is how my latest Wendy’s run went down:
* The Banana Frosty: This is absolutely delicious. Creamy, sweet, and worth the trip alone.
* The Savior of the Day: A huge shoutout to the employee, Chase. I had a total brain-fade and accidentally ordered my 4-year-old niece a burger instead of her nuggets (which is a fast-track to a toddler crisis). Chase was incredibly helpful, fast, and saved me from an epic meltdown.
* The Store: This location is consistently super clean and the service is always lightning-fast.
The Fry Grievance (and a cheesy hope):
The only real downside is the fries. Why are they almost never fresh? It seems to be a universal thing at all Wendy’s locations. On a side note, I really hope they still have that queso cheese available—smothering them in cheese is the perfect way to save them.
Overall, a solid 4/5 stars. Chase is a legend, the Banana Frosty rules, and my new Minion looks great on my desk!“

“Considering my last experience at a previous krystal location, I was skeptical going back. The Cedartown location is by far the friendliest, most respectful locations I have been to. They took my order and told me I'd have to wait, I said no big deal, they gave me the total, and we went about our business. They guy who brought me my food looked like he was having a rough day but was still cheerful enough to say, "Have a blessed day at the same time as me and we had a good laugh." I will be returning to this location. Thanks.“

“me and my husband went for just milkshakes for our family and went through the drive thru and a female by the name of Kay based on what our receipt reads, is extremely rude and needs a reality check. she threw my change back to me which actually hits the pavement doesn’t even hand it to me. so checkers management might wanna check their employees.“

“This establishment was clean well organized. The staff the sandwich makers were very nice and lovely to talk to . I had ordered the teriyaki chicken with Sun chips , a Maui cup upgrade . The sandwich was good however they need to not squish the bread when making the sandwich with all the items included. The chicken was not cooked fully and it was cold . Even when I got my bread toasted.“

“When this place first opened, it was terrible. I came here twice and both times the food had a burnt taste to it. But the least
couple of times I have been here, the food has been really good. I recommend eating inside because there's not a lot of people. It's really good. Better than C-town“

“The GM Jerlisa is wonderful! I had a foolish jestet moment and placed an online order at her establishment instead of the taco bell I was dining in at the time. Later that night I swung by to explain the situation and she greeted me with a smile and a friendly voice.

She gladly gave me a full refund ON THE SPOT! She was a lovely lady and the savior of my night (and my finances 💸!)

“Still have a lot of stuff added to burgers which is great…BUT they have changed their meat! It just crumbled in my mouth with each bite! Not even good flavor either. That can’t be covered up with lots of onion tomato’s and bacon. It’s just weird.
They’ve become skimpy on their kids meals too.“

“I had an issue last night that left me very upset and resulted in me leaving a complaint on the website. Not only did the General Manager call me to resolve the issue, he offered a replacement meal for the problems experienced. Jaelyn (I apologize for misspelling his name) and Caesar both took care of my problem and validated my perspective on the experience. This is how customer service should be, and I appreciate their understanding in the matter.“

“UPDATE: I went to the store across from Walmart. Went through FOUR coffees, and it still wasn't right!! Tired of paying for incorrect food! Came here and it was correct with the first order!

I always order a large iced regular coffee with two pumps of sugar and one cream. You wouldn't believe how difficult it can be to make someone understand that request doesn't mean extra sugar or cream... That's just all I want. It was a nice change for the young lady to say, "yes ma'am, I got it." And my coffee was spot on!“
