“Kassie is delightful at the window. Even though I caused her extra work because of my error she never stopped smiling and so helpful. After a long day at work I appreciate some one like Kassie.
On two different trips to Jack’s I’ve the pleasure of Katie waiting on me. She is such a sweet young lady. Her smile is so welcoming.
The other time Wendy helped me. She was very accommodating and of course had a beautiful smile.

“This was our first time in a Wendy's in about 3 years. In my honest review the burgers were dry, and a little old. It was 11:31 so I wouldve assumed they would have been fresh for lunch. I ordered a Son Of Baconator. There were only two pieces of bacon and for just that combo alone was $10.79 for a medium. My wife and I enjoyed the customer service. As far as the fries they're a new recipe they were great. The burger was just slightly underwhelming. All and all the experience was positive and we would return. However it could absolutely be better in my opinion.“

“Considering my last experience at a previous krystal location, I was skeptical going back. The Cedartown location is by far the friendliest, most respectful locations I have been to. They took my order and told me I'd have to wait, I said no big deal, they gave me the total, and we went about our business. They guy who brought me my food looked like he was having a rough day but was still cheerful enough to say, "Have a blessed day at the same time as me and we had a good laugh." I will be returning to this location. Thanks.“

“me and my husband went for just milkshakes for our family and went through the drive thru and a female by the name of Kay based on what our receipt reads, is extremely rude and needs a reality check. she threw my change back to me which actually hits the pavement doesn’t even hand it to me. so checkers management might wanna check their employees.“

“The GM Jerlisa is wonderful! I had a foolish jestet moment and placed an online order at her establishment instead of the taco bell I was dining in at the time. Later that night I swung by to explain the situation and she greeted me with a smile and a friendly voice.
She gladly gave me a full refund ON THE SPOT! She was a lovely lady and the savior of my night (and my finances 💸!)
If you're reading this Jerlisa, I owe you one big time💜“

“When this place first opened, it was terrible. I came here twice and both times the food had a burnt taste to it. But the least
couple of times I have been here, the food has been really good. I recommend eating inside because there's not a lot of people. It's really good. Better than C-town“

“The ladies that made my sandwiches at this location was very pleasant to talk to and they made my sandwiches exactly how I wanted them. They smiled the whole time and made me feel valued. Definitely recommend this location, I've never once have had an issue. My mom loves this subway.“

“UPDATE: I went to the store across from Walmart. Went through FOUR coffees, and it still wasn't right!! Tired of paying for incorrect food! Came here and it was correct with the first order!
I always order a large iced regular coffee with two pumps of sugar and one cream. You wouldn't believe how difficult it can be to make someone understand that request doesn't mean extra sugar or cream... That's just all I want. It was a nice change for the young lady to say, "yes ma'am, I got it." And my coffee was spot on!“
