Im not sure what is going on but this isn't the 1st time. I personally don't like straight salt added to my food so I asked for no salt on my fries. Why do I receive exactly what I asked not to have. After reaching out thelady said they took already cooked fries and added themback into the fryer and basically cooked the salt into them. Horrible! The fries taste awful. I think this is my last trip to this Krystal. Money doesn't grow on trees and this was clearly a waste of my money...read full review
Nicest 2 lady's and a young man that I've seen at a Krystal in a long time. You know what I mean. Either rude or no personality.
Krystal's is always great!

Krystal serves hot and fresh food consistently, with a track record of excellent experiences over the years. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant visit, whether for breakfast or lunch. Their classic menu items, such as burgers and fries, are done right. Chili and cheese Krystal pups are a popular favorite, and the night shift cook takes extra care to provide a personalized experience. Orders are fulfilled accurately, even with special requests, making Krystal a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. However, some customers feel that prices are high, with one mentioning a $20 charge for a small 10-piece wing combo, which they find unreasonable. Others have experienced issues with food preparation, such as fries being cooked with salt despite requests to avoid it, leading to dissatisfaction. Despite these concerns, many enjoy the burgers, though some note that they sometimes cause stomach discomfort. Overall, Krystal remains a place known for its classic comfort food and friendly service.
