“This is my second time at this Pilot and they were both uninentional. Had to stop for pit stops and gas on the way from Atlanta to Dallas and it had to be this gas station. Not your biggest Pilot Gas Station but it has everything you need -- it's also not as busy so you're able to get what you need and be in and out. I don't believe they have showers either so if you're looking for that, this place isn't it. There's also a Taco Bell right next to the gas station so if you need some quick grub, you're able to grab that as you go. I generally had a good experience here and mostly everyone is friendly considering it being a rural area. It's ironic how I stopped by here twice but I'm glad it wasn't an unpleasant experience.“
“The subway in tallapoosa has a wonderful young lady named Jennifer swofford working there, that was just a complete delight to order from. Friendly as can be, on point, and extremely helpful. I recommend this particular subway over any I have been to, because of her. Great experience. Thank you Jennifer!!!!!!“
“While exploring the Tallapoosa area, we wanted to have lunch. It was a Sunday, and it was Father's day, so it seemed most of the restaurants were closed. We ended up at Jacks for lack of other options. The line was pretty long, but it moved at a quick "fast food" pace, and the staff were friendly, even though they were slammed! We got a Jacks bacon burger and it was delicious. Fresh, large tomato slices and all around good burger. Crinkle cut fried were good, even though I prefer skinny, crispy fries, but just because those aren't my favorites, doesn't mean they weren't good.For a "fast food burger joint" it was satisfying, friendly and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again“
“Workers must have called in because there were only 2 working but both were rock stars, they did a great job getting the orders out. The drive thru was closed so I had to go in to get my takeout. When I saw what they were up against I almost left but I stayed the girl took the orders and then went back to help cook get last order out, both girls were friendly throughout wait, which was about 10 minutes and that wasn't bad because there was about 5 people ahead of me.“

Lots of negative reviews say that the staff doesn’t speak English which is wrong, their English is perfectly fine, so if you listen and speak clearly there shouldn’t be an issue. My food was fresh and it came out quick. “Since this Chic-fil-A has opened it has been consistently Good and the Employees polite. I hope they keep up the good work. I have lost my appetite to go to most places for food these days except Chic-fil-A. and maybe 2 other establishments. On that note I can't think of a Chic-fil-A that I've ever had a poor experience with. They have all been good. The service is quick and expedient. Other Fast Food Establishments could stand to learn from them! Just saying. May God Bless Chic-fil-A Owners and Employees in all that they do in the service of GOD! Oh, stick to your Guns and Close on Sundays! People need time for GOD and their Families.12/27/2023: Had to remove 1 Star for service as of this morning. Went through to get Chicken Biscuits for family and asked specifically for honey packets and did not get A one. “My husband and I were traveling through Bremen (headed to Tennessee from Florida) this past Sunday afternoon and needed a quick lunch. He'd never had Captain D's before, so we decided to stop. I'm so glad we did! When we walked in, the atmosphere was great. We used the restrooms and they were very clean. The service was courteous and quick. We got our food within just a few minutes of ordering and it was fresh!! So, so good! The restaurant was nice and clean as well. We don't live close by, but if we did, I could see us visiting often!
