The one in Tallapoosa Ga is AWFUL!! Mocha Moolatte taste like instead of coffee they used coke. No whip cream or chocolate drizzle. won't be back!!
We stopped to grab lunch and immediately regretted it. The woman taking the order was incredibly rude and obviously not in any condition to be at work. I saw her wear one glove as she and a Middle Eastern man went to cook the food. We sat and waited for our food as a group of 3 black customers came in. Super polite and nice, no rudeness from them. Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is an older location that has been visited for 35 years, with a little hard to get in and out parking lot laid out strangely. The food is quick, warm, fresh, and good, and the ice cream always hits the spot. However, the order delivery was disorderly, and the ladies room only had one working commode missing toilet paper and paper towels. One blizzard was only partially mixed. The employee was rude and snippy, with prices over 8 dollars compared to 5.50 at another location. Despite this, some guests found the guys very quick and friendly even at closing time, with food made very good. Not a lot of staff, but great people.
