Finley, you should not be in customer service! Your attitude is nasty and rude and i will never come to the tallapoosa location because you have been so nasty and rude and the only thing you should be i charge of is taking the trash out and cleaning the toilets!
I love Jacks my family eats here three four times a week or every other weekend but come on 30 minutes for four biscuits and a drink yalls inside service has went way down they just look at u. 4 biscuits over 30mins
We always stop by Jack’s when my son and I go for a motorcycle ride. Great tradition, and great food.

Jack's Family Restaurant is known for its kind and pleasant staff, especially Lisa at the window, who is a beautiful soul and always happy to be working. She recognizes customers and remembers kiddos' names, making sure they have all their jellies, jams, and silverware. Another visit involved a complicated order with grandchildren; the two sweet ladies, one believed to be the manager, got the order right and laughed it off. The food was very good too. On another occasion, the cashier had trouble ringing up burgers and not meals, and they were out of chicken filets for sandwiches (subbed fingers), but for a quick in and out, it was good.
