“While exploring the Tallapoosa area, we wanted to have lunch. It was a Sunday, and it was Father's day, so it seemed most of the restaurants were closed. We ended up at Jacks for lack of other options. The line was pretty long, but it moved at a quick "fast food" pace, and the staff were friendly, even though they were slammed! We got a Jacks bacon burger and it was delicious. Fresh, large tomato slices and all around good burger. Crinkle cut fried were good, even though I prefer skinny, crispy fries, but just because those aren't my favorites, doesn't mean they weren't good.For a "fast food burger joint" it was satisfying, friendly and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again“

Lots of negative reviews say that the staff doesn’t speak English which is wrong, their English is perfectly fine, so if you listen and speak clearly there shouldn’t be an issue. My food was fresh and it came out quick.
