“It’s been a while since I’ve dined here. I had a bad experience several years ago and this was my first time returning to dine here. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. We were greeted immediately and the service was amazing. The food was great and hot. I was very impressed. I may go back in the near future. Thanks for making me change my mind about this place.“

“Been a long time since I've eaten at any Shakes. Food was good, service was good. Was near 9pm. The floors were very slick due to high humidity. Not sure if ac or dehumidification was operating at the time. Quite dangerous for customers. The entire floor in the entire restaurant. Well, for customer side that I'm aware of. Get that looked at ASAP!!!“

“The food was great and the service in this restaurant is very hard to come by. Hannah was an amazing server and took very good care of me and my baby. Vyla and Brandon, I believe are their names, were the managers today and they both came and checked every table and made sure we felt taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I had the most wonderful Salisbury steak there November 3rd. I ask who the cook was, the waitress (189 Christil) told me his name was Sammy. I told her the manager needs to keep him and give him a raise. Food was EXCELLENT.“

“Man so disappointed. Ordered the big double tray with cheese bites for and onion rings and literally got 3 bites and 2 onion rings. Thought it was a mistake and went back and ordered same thing this week 2 1/2 cheese bites and 3 onion rings. Wutt?? Has inflation really got that bad that when buying a meal you can’t get the full order? Worse than the air bag of chips. I was so upset especially since I live like 30 minutes away from the Carrollton location..“

“This is definitely the best McDonald's to come to if your in Carrollton. I drive past the ones on Maple St, South Park St and Bankhead all the time just to come here. The employees here show they actually care about there customers and they take pride in having good service. The food is usually always exactly what you ordered. There pretty fast even at the lunch and dinner rush. The drive through seems to operate pretty smooth as well but I prefer to go in just because the employees are just that nice and well mannered. I highly recommend this place to everyone,they set the bar high for the McDonald's franchise in the area.“

“This is the best McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. I got the McDouble meal deal and everything from the burger to the fries to the nuggets were all hot and fresh. The service was quick as well. Especially considering I was there at 12:30 p.m. during lunch rush.“

“I went in to place my Togo order and while I waited, a lady (the manager I would gues) named Tracy, gave me a drink while I waited and offered pleasant chit chat while I waited. it was a nice experience. Thank you, Tracy and staff.“
