My visit was after midnight, and the food was pretty good. The only issue is the lack of customer service and people to people skills. For example, the drive-thru attendant didn't make sure I had a grip on my bag before letting it go, resulting in the bag hitting the ground. His only response was that it didn't spill out. After an attitude from the staff, it was remade. This was an isolated incident not to reflect on other visits.
This was my first time at Cook out. I was told great things but was pretty disappointed. The girl working the register did not listen very well. She did not give us our drink cups when we ordered and when we asked for ours, she gave us the small size not large that we paid for but we had no clue until we saw the larger lids on the counter. Always good to head to cook out when the fam is wanting to eat out bc you get plenty of food and it's cost efficient with a family of 5. Kids and I stopped in for just a shake recently and we were not disappointed, again a great price for a quick sweet treat and they were amazing!
