Kendryck (I believe) in the drive thru is SO polite, so respectful, and makes an impression every time. You can tell the management at this location is very involved and treats their staff well! Will always pass other locations to come here“

“First time trying a fast food staple for the area visiting a friend from home and was shocked at how cheap a meal was probably the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. The lady at the cash register wasn’t too friendly though might just be the hospitality here will most certainly come back!!“

“This is definitely the best McDonald's to come to if your in Carrollton. I drive past the ones on Maple St, South Park St and Bankhead all the time just to come here. The employees here show they actually care about there customers and they take pride in having good service. The food is usually always exactly what you ordered. There pretty fast even at the lunch and dinner rush. The drive through seems to operate pretty smooth as well but I prefer to go in just because the employees are just that nice and well mannered. I highly recommend this place to everyone,they set the bar high for the McDonald's franchise in the area.“

“After a long hard 11.5 hr day of work I was desperately hungry and decided to come in for some food to fill me up and I must say, I had the pleasure to have one of the best 2 customer service employees Caroline & Chasity. They made the absolute most tasty meatball cheese sandwich ever!!!!not to mention how professional and extremely welcoming/friendly they were which was awesome. “Captain D's will definitely fill ya up. Though it's a little expensive these days and makes you question if its worth it, it definitely hits the spot and is pretty consistent in quality and service. Only thing I'd say is a con is the fish tends to have too much of a fishy taste to it, but otherwise recommend, and good variety to boot.“
