“Staff was really nice. I got the lengua quesadilla Plato. Along with Tres Leche. The beans and rice are absolute mid like the beans aren’t even smashed up or anything. They look like canned pinto beans. The quesadilla is absolutely fire though in their green sauce is very very good. I don’t usually eat the green sauce, but there’s is delicious. I usually go to a different place but this place will absolutely do as my number two.“

“It's been years since I've had Big chic & I'm so glad I was able to stop by during a college visit! The chicken & fries were crispy & fresh. The jalapeño was crunchy. The biscuit was the perfect amount of salty & flavorful. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. Wish we had one closer! I see mixed reviews, happy I was able to catch them on a good day“

Thought it was a mistake and went back and ordered same thing this week 2 1/2 cheese bites and 3 onion rings. Wutt?? “Been a long time since I've eaten at any Shakes. Food was good, service was good. Was near 9pm. The floors were very slick due to high humidity. Not sure if ac or dehumidification was operating at the time. Quite dangerous for customers. The entire floor in the entire restaurant. Well, for customer side that I'm aware of. “Attended my church small group meeting - we always bring food to share - I brought the sandwich 12 pack catering box. I choose 6 different sandwiches and got two of each. The Pepe (Ham, Provolone, Lettuce & Tomato) - Big John ( Roast Beef, Lettuce & Tomato)- Turkey Tom (Turkey, Lettuce & Tomato)- Vito (Salami, Capocolla, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil) - Country Club (Turkey, Ham, Provolone, lettuce & tomato) - Italian Night Club (Salami, Capocolla, Ham, Provolone, Onion, Lettuce & Tomato, oil & vinegar & oregano-basil). The sandwiches were small, but the price was very reasonable and I thought the portion of cheese and meat on most of the versions was okay - however, the roast beef was just too skimpy. On that one, all you got was bread, lettuce, tomato and a couple very small, thin slices of roast beef - not a choice I would pick again. Overall, it was a hit at our meeting, but I'll choose better on my sandwich selection next time! A couple of other notes - the online ordering process was easy and the young lady that assisted me at the store was very nice and pleasant!“

“Makes we want to start back going to Subway! The produce was fresh, crisp and flavorful. The bread was hot and fresh. They put just the right amount of ingredients and were very accommodating to our large group and dietary restrictions. The manager was extremely friendly and personable. We will definitely return!“

“I love Firehouse subs and always have. The problem with this one is the ventilation. Must need to be fixed because it's always hazy in here. Not sure what is going on but when you go into a restaurant in the atmosphere is so thick. Your glasses need to be cleaned when you leave. Something's wrong. Food is great. Personnel was good.“

“So I've never had a terrible experience at this restaurant however, today's service was a little rocky. They looked to have a ton of online orders and only 2 employees in the store. When I walked in I was told there would be a wait, no problem. The employees were definitely over whelmed. When it came time to pay, the employee rang me up and I guess assumed I had a card. I stood there about 3 minutes before she realized I had cash. Again, not terrible. Just a little rocky. I will always come back the best sub shop in town.“

“This is definitely the best McDonald's to come to if your in Carrollton. I drive past the ones on Maple St, South Park St and Bankhead all the time just to come here. The employees here show they actually care about there customers and they take pride in having good service. The food is usually always exactly what you ordered. There pretty fast even at the lunch and dinner rush. The drive through seems to operate pretty smooth as well but I prefer to go in just because the employees are just that nice and well mannered. I highly recommend this place to everyone,they set the bar high for the McDonald's franchise in the area.“

“I'm not one fond of leaving reviews and if my order is incorrect 9/10 I just leave it alone because let's be honest it most times seems to much of a hassle.

Tonight I made an order through the drive-thru around 10PM with about 12 items. Once I got home I realized I was missing 2 items. I contemplated calling, but I did. The young lady answered my call, was very apologetic and even gave me options on when to replace it and sounded sincere.

I told her Id drive up there and I did. When I walked in holding my receipt I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who asked if I was the one who called, he grabbed the manager and she took my receipt to give them what needed to be remade.

There were no questions asked, I was treated respectfully by all staff and my food was replaced. I'm not sure of the team members who worked during that shift but kitchen was clean and I feel like kudos were due when customer service experiences are usually not great.“

“This is the best McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. I got the McDouble meal deal and everything from the burger to the fries to the nuggets were all hot and fresh. The service was quick as well. Especially considering I was there at 12:30 p.m. during lunch rush.“
