Went through the drive thru an ordered three protein pockets and a sub. However, when I got home I discovered that the protein pockets were a mess as well as the sub. I took it all back and this is where the story took a good turn! Shift lead Jasmine stepped in, solve the problem and where her crew person had failed to take care in preparing the sandwich... And did a full remake herself and let me watch and have input the whole way. She saved my business .
