We tried Kobe today for the first time. We had take-out, so there's no rating for atmosphere. Our order of sushi was assembled to order, but the components were lackluster, on par with buffet sushi. Service got 4 stars as our order was completed correctly and on time. No further service was needed.
We walked in and walked right back out. Hard NO. We walked into awful sticky floors. I couldn't bare it. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant at the time. That told me alot right there.

Recommended by close friends while visiting and was not disappointed.We were greeted right when we entered, and service was prompt after sitting.Ordered Sushi, sake, steak and chicken hibachi (which came with rice and veggies). Everything was delicious and left feeling like a fat kid at a fair.I can see why my friends recommended this place to us and will definitely pass that along to anyone I know heading through.
