Shout out to Zoey who served all forty of us on a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you for hosting us and doing an amazing job.
It’s been a while since I’ve dined here. I had a bad experience several years ago and this was my first time returning to dine here. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. We were greeted immediately and the service was amazing. The food was great and hot. I was very impressed. I may go back in the near future. Thanks for making me change my mind about this place.
Servers always treat us well here, food is good. But I would like to make an address to management, you cannot change the configuration of your booths and then try to seat customers at a booth that is this crammed together. Please address this issue with urgency as it's embarrassing to Carrollton. See photo.

Customers can enjoy their cold beers and delicious mashed potatoes, along with generous portions of appetizers, which are so plentiful they can be enjoyed as a meal. Visitors have praised the fast and friendly service, especially during happy hour with half-price appetizers. However, some customers have experienced issues such as missing drinks and concerns about food handling, including finding hair in their food. Despite these incidents, the restaurant has shown concern by reaching out and offering apologies and gift cards to make things right. Overall, Applebee's remains a place where many find satisfying meals and friendly service, though occasional problems have been reported.
