“So normally I would not give Applebee's a 5, because it's Applebee's. In this case the staff impressed me. They saw that the fried pickles on our trio plates were stuck together and said they were replacing them without any prompting. They replaced them with perfectly crisped ones in a far greater volume than the trio requires.“

“Went to steak and shake on 2/1/2026. Really clean. But it was like a self service gas station you had to do everything for yourself not really any customer service. The food was OK not anything to write about. The prices are kinda high but so is everywhere in this day and age. The milkshakes looked good but don't try the dreamsicle one. Not very tasty. All in all an okay place.“

“This Culvers experience was absolutely incredible! The speed of service was less than 5 minutes. Amazing! Every single staff worker was beyond friendly and were definitely a perfect fit for they’re job. We don’t even have to talk about the taste of the food to still receive 5 stars. But the food was extraordinary! I mean probably the best tasting burger i’ve had in 20 years. It brings me back to my childhood days in Oklahoma where my grandpa would grill burgers on his back porch. Thank you Culver’s for a beyond mind blowing experience and I will definitely be back soon with more friends and family.“

“I work in the office, less than a mile from this location in Newnan, once a week. I always make sure it's on Whopper Wednesday. Today I arrived to pick up my order only to realize that I placed the order for the other Newnan location. After trying to cancel or change it in the app, David behind the counter asked me what I had, and made it for me anyway. I think that was great customer service, and I appreciate it!“

“Not that often do you get such good service like this from fast food restaurants anymore. Had to take a moment to share that store number 399 in Newnan is doing something right! I pulled up to the drive thru, super pleasant and professional voice Ms. Jackie greeted me. Not only was the service super fast, but the food was so fresh and delicious. Ms. Jackie was awesome and seems happy to be there. All around great experience today!“

“I must admit I have not visited an IHop in years. We use to be frequent visitors in our town but due to the location going downhill, service, cleanliness etc. we stopped going. Moved to the area of Newnan GA. and saw there was an IHop in town but due to previous experiences at the other location I never stopped in. Today decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. The atmosphere was friendly. The service was excellent. I wish I could remember the name of our server but she was great. The food was well prepared. Let me say they did not skimp out on the vegetables on my veggie omelette. Health score was an A. Restaurant was clean, yes bathroom too. Overall great experience and we will be back. You can’t go wrong with that $6.00 breakfast meal.“

“I came through the drive-thru this morning around 8:30 to get a couple of cinnamon biscuits. The lady who took my order was named Shaquilla. She was absolutely one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever encountered in any drive- thru! She was smiling, friendly, and very kind! The cinnamon biscuits were hot and delicious as well! I will definitely be back and hope to see Shaquilla's smiling face next time at well!“
