I work in the office, less than a mile from this location in Newnan, once a week. I always make sure it's on Whopper Wednesday.
Today I arrived to pick up my order only to realize that I placed the order for the other Newnan location.
After trying to cancel or change it in the app, David behind the counter asked me what I had, and made it for me anyway.
I think that was great customer service, and I appreciate it!

Burger King, a well-known fast-food establishment, offers a mixed dining experience. While the restaurant is renowned for its classic Whopper burgers, the service can be inconsistent, with some visits marked by slow orders and incorrect food, while others are praised for their friendly and efficient drive-thru staff. The restaurant's atmosphere can be loud and messy, especially on weekends, but it remains a reliable option for families, with a play area that caters to the kids. The food and service are consistently good, with customers praising the taste of the Whopper with cheese. The staff is often praised for their kindness and attentiveness, particularly towards customers with special needs. Despite its occasional shortcomings, Burger King continues to be a popular choice for those seeking a budget-friendly meal.
