The owner should really retrain his managers on best practices. I just left and the drive thru hold times were flashing and they didn't have a chicken leg for my toddler. I asked for 2 chicken fingers instead but was told NO. I could have any other piece of chicken or I could cancel the original meal, be issued a refund, and then pay for the chicken tenders. I have always loved KFC chicken is always so tasty then I love in coleslaw I remember when I used to have the little dessert cups keep up the good work KFC we love you out here ???????
