I usually really love Jimmy John's. I love that I can make any sub gluten-free. I'm not a huge fan of the signs that are apparently jokingly insulting to the customer, but it's probably because I'm in a customer service position in my job, and I just don't find it appropriate. Most people probably don't read the signs, so they probably don't care, but it's something I tend to pay attention to when I go anywhere. I always have. It was definitely an off night for JJ on Friday before Labor Day. They ran out of lettuce, seemed uncoordinated and definitely wasn't freaky fast. They did not try and let us customize the sub and didn't even try and push a pickle or cookie. Not going back even after the discount for sans lettuce.

I had the caprese salami pesto sandwich, please do make it a regular as its the best one I have ever had! The service was promising and quick. I live the fact that they have their own branded sides (Jimmy chips and cookies and brownies) The seating was clean and it was very quiet which is exactly what we needed after a big shopping spree.
